Shipping policy

How long does it take for orders to be shipped?

I aim to get all orders posted within a week of purchase! I usually post orders every Monday and Friday. I ship with Royal Mail and their usual delivery time is 3-5 business days. Please note that this can slightly change especially when I have in person events as I am just one person!

 

When and where do I receive a tracking number?

if tracked shipping is selected the tracking number will be sent to you through email. Please note that any tracking app/website may experience delays so is not 100% accurate and up to date.

 

My order hasn’t arrived?

if your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days since it’s been shipped please recheck the tracking information sent to you by email and check if the package has been delivered elsewhere for example neighbours. Please be aware that once the package is shipped it is out of my control and I will have no more information on shipping than you do.

 

will you be shipping internationally?

At the moment I have no plans on it. I am new to shopify and so I’m still figuring out how everything works. I hope to get shipping open to the US and Canada at some point soon!
