Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer both refunds and exchanges in these circumstances, please read below for more details!
Refunds
Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the product received is damaged or incorrect. Please email me at rayartuk@gmail.com and send photos of the item/s and package that it arrived in and the you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. And please note that unfortunately refunds cannot be granted without photographic proof.
Exchanges
If you don’t want a refund we also accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery only if the product received is damaged or incorrect. Please email us at rayartuk@gmail.com and send photos of the item/s and package it arrived in. Unfortunately exchanges cannot be granted without photographic proof. Once I receive the email and photos I will send you a replacement order within 1 week at no charge to you, and I will email you the tracking number.
Please understand I can only send 1 replacement order.
Cancellations
Cancellations of orders are accepted only before the order is shipped. Unfortunately I cannot give a time frame so please check orders and addresses very carefully!
Undelivered order
All orders come with a tracking number which will be sent to you on the shipping email. Please check this carefully and allow time for minor delays, especially at busy times. Once the order has been shipped it will usually arrive in about a week but it could take up to 2 weeks to arrive at the busiest times. If your order still hasn’t arrived please contact the courier Royal Mail.
